Agency Announcements

Mark Driscoll from the Champaign County Mental Health Board announced that they would be having a study session on February 15, 2005 from 6-8PM on Early Intervention. The meeting is open to anyone who would like to attend. Topics that will be discussed will be, but not limited to: What is happening in Early Intervention, changes in Early Intervention. The purpose of this meeting is to educate the Mental Health Board on Early Intervention.

Old Business

Minutes from October were approved. Mary Anne Wilson motioned for approval, Mark Driscoll seconded.

Becci Cline passed out statistics on referrals for the month of October. Reported that referrals were down, there were 14 referral for the month of October. Becci also distributed informational flyers on upcoming workshops and informational meetings in the area. An updated Child and Family Connections phone number/ mailing list was distributed.

Hollie Ronk presented the approved 2005-2006 Birth to 5 Council Budget. Mary Anne Wilson suggested putting an announcement on the web site alerting the public to the stipends available to families to attend conferences.

The next meeting is scheduled for December 15, 2005 from 8:45-9:45 at Mental Health of Champaign County at 1801 Fox Dr.
